Our Personal Guarantee

We encourage all of our adopters to make an early appointment with a veterinarian to open a file, get vaccines, and flea/tick/worm prevention as needed.  This appointment should be set for no later than the first month that the puppy is in your home, so that your veterinarian can determine with you such life plans as obedience classes, customized diets, timelines for spaying/neutering & vaccines, etc.

If, within 30 calendar days of the adoption, your veterinarian should determine that your puppy suffers from a life altering medical condition that we were unaware of, we offer the following PERSONAL GUARANTEE to all of our adopters:

Option 1: You keep the puppy, we will pay 50% of medical costs, UP TO a maximum of $1000.

Option 2: You exchange the puppy for another (if available), we will attempt to find a compassionate placement for the returned puppy.

Option 3: You return the puppy for a full refund, we will attempt to find a compassionate placement for the returned puppy.

This guarantee DOES NOT APPLY to optional/cosmetic procedures such as docking, dew claw removal, etc.

This guarantee does not cover costs related to generalized preventative care without a specific diagnosis.

This guarantee ONLY applies to a diagnosis and treatment plan prescribed by a veterinarian recognized and practicing within Canada.  All compensated treatments MUST be provided by a valid, licensed, practicing veterinarian.

* You must provide us with your veterinary information (including complete contact information and file number), the name of the diagnosis, treatment options, and predicted treatment costs.

This guarantee expires 31 calendar days after the adoption – no exceptions.  MAKE AN EARLY APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR VET!
